Amy Brimah
Amy Brimah founded her law firm Brimah LLP to provide focused legal advocacy for business owners, developers and investors with their commercial real estate interests. With 15 years of experience in the Colorado real estate market, she provides no-nonsense legal counsel for today’s commercial real estate matters.
Amy works on various types of real estate and hospitality deals. She represents buyers, sellers, investors, tenants and landlords in real estate deals. Amy enjoys working on different sides in different deals which gives her expertise in getting her deals closed for her clients.
Amy counsels local and national clients in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including commercial lending finance transactions, acquisitions and dispositions, hospitality portfolios, development of multi-use projects and lease transactions. She also has years of experience in development projects and formation of condominiums/planned communities and common interest communities.
Amy routinely represents lenders in complex finance and disposition transactions, as well as due diligence review secured by industrial properties, apartment complexes, retail centers, hotels, and developed and undeveloped land. Additionally Amy represents developers in multi-use development transactions.
Amy has worked in a variety of different environments and has managed several companies. She has an extensive background in leadership and knows how to work with different stakeholders to effectively achieve desired results. She has years of experience in working through complex and difficult situations and implementing change by finding ways to partner with stakeholders at all levels.
Amy also provides expert reports and certificates of review in connection with real estate related matters.
